Our realtor called during lunch and said the people that looked at our house on Monday want to come again tomorrow morning and look again!!! That is really encouraging, because it means that they at least saw something they think they like!! Please say a prayer tonight that if it's God's will they will make us a reasonable offer and we will be able to sell this house!!! Appreciate it and I'll keep you updated as to the progress.
UPDATE 8/19/07 - The 2 time viewers have asked for our Seller's Disclosure!! Still doesn't mean an offer will be made, but definitely indicates they like the house. That's encouraging. Please keep praying an offer we can live with will be made and soon!!! Appreciate your support.
UPDATE 8/22/07 - The potential buyers may have used the Seller's Disclosure to decide to go buy somewhere else. They've not made an offer on our house. Our realtor touched base with their realtor and he said they are thinking it over. Not sure that is good or not. Will keep you posted.
