We DID IT!!!

We finally closed on the house we were selling!!!!!!!! Yippeee Skippeee!!!!! The negotiations were still ongoing last night at 8:30 PM, but we did manage to close at 8:30 AM today!!! Now we only own 1 house!!! I'm attaching it's picture in case you forgot what it looks like!!!!
